Free Shipping Minimums
Free shipping within Singapore is offered on all orders above $50.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 business days, barring Public Holidays or unless otherwise stated. Transit times will vary depending on location. For order within Singapore, your parcel should reach in 3 to 5 business days.
Local orders can be tracked by accessing your Happy account. You should receive a shipping notification alongside a link that will take you to the order tracking page.
Once your order has been packed and sent into the wild, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused to its arrival by the delivery company, or other factors outside of our control.
Failed Delivery Scenarios
In the event that a delivery attempt has failed, our courier partners will offer a complimentary redelivery attempt.
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address prior to checkout as we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly delivered parcels. If a parcel delivery should fail for this reason, it will be returned to our headquarters and subsequent shipping expenses will have to be borne by the buyer.
We do not offer exchanges or returns in the event of change of mind, so please select your items carefully before checking out.

Sale / Clearance Items
We do not offer returns for items purchased on sale, clearance.
We’re sorry if you have received such a product. Please write in to us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel and we will do our best to assist you.
We will accept a return on such an item and provide a one-to-one exchange for free if the item remains in stock, or effect a full refund to you in store credit upon confirmation that you meet our terms for an exchange.
Terms for Exchange/Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the product is in its original condition with any packaging, labels and tags attached.
Within Singapore, items may be returned to our headquarters by mail or in-person.
For international orders, shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
We do our best to ensure the colour accuracy of all the products sold on our website. That being said, actual product colours may vary slightly due to differences in device settings, location lighting at the time of product photography, as well as other factors outside of our control.
In making a purchase from us, you agree to accept the risk that there may be a slight variation between the actual colour of the product and that displayed on our website.
